Loross is the brand representing our manufacturing businesses, named in acknowledgement of the Sell & Parker Group founders, Lorraine and Ross Parker. Loross is proudly Australian‑owned and established in 1972 by Ross Parker. We've grown from a steel plate cutting business into a diversified manufacturing group built on more than 50 years of experience. Over the years Loross has acquired other businesses with a deep history dating back to 1965.

To support our continued growth and provide greater clarity across our operations, Loross was formally reorganised in 2026 into six dedicated divisions:
